However, in the event that your puppy is diagnosed with a serious congenital defect, and the following conditions are met, we will be happy to supply a replacement for a 1 Year period from the puppy’s date of birth.</B></I></div> <bR> <div> I. <U>It responsibility of the Buyer to read this agreement</U></div> <bR> <div> II. <U>This guarantee will be effective for one full year from the pets’ date of birth</U> </div> <div> against a <U>*life threatening genetic disorder</U> resulting in a euthanasia recommendation</div> <div> as diagnosed/confirmed by a licensed practicing veterinarian.</div> <bR> <div> III. <U>By signing this agreement, the Buyer understands and agrees that;</U></div> <bR> <div> A ) The ownership and responsibility of this pets well being begins, and the Seller is not liable for veterinary bills incurred, after the date of purchase. </div> <div> B ) If the Buyer chooses to return the pet due to a diagnosed *disorder as described above ( II ), all shipping/delivery charges are the Buyers responsibility.</div> <div> C ) In the unfortunate event that euthanasia or death result due to a condition diagnosed as the above description, then the Buyer will provide Seller with the proper statements; registration papers, test results, x-rays, etc. provided by the diagnosing veterinarian. In turn we (Seller) will then replace the pet with one of equal value (as soon as one is available). </div> <div> D ) When dealing with animals, I understand that it is possible for minor, treatable genetic defects or non genetic illnesses, not considered to be life threatening to arise. (Examples of conditions/illnesses not covered by this agreement are: respiratory infections, hernias, giardia, crypt orchid {testicle not descended}, hypoglycemia, under/over bite, or coccidia.)</div> <div> E) This opportunity is being provided by the Seller for the sole purpose providing the Buyer with a healthy, long term pet and companion and can not guarantee the pets ability to breed/reproduce upon reaching maturity.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>     Please understand that buying and raising a pet is a big responsibility. It is a commitment that will be in your life anywhere from 7 to 15 years depending on the type or breed. We recommend that first time pet owners do their research and not buy a pet on an impulse.
